1. Agreement. These terms govern your use of taugempie.com and purchases made directly through it, operated by TAUGEMPIE LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Orders and pricing.

  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
  • We may correct pricing or product errors and cancel or adjust an affected order. If we cancel after charging you, we refund the full amount.
  • Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated, and they have no cash value.
  • Bundles are final sale. Return eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to limit or decline an order.

4. Shipping and returns. Shipping and returns follow our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Accounts. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Customer content. When you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm you own it or have the right to share it. You grant TAUGEMPIE LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it across our website and marketing channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.

7. Email and text marketing. By signing up for email or text messages, you consent to receive marketing communications from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Email: each message includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Text: message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

8. Marketplace orders. Orders placed through another marketplace are governed by that marketplace’s terms and return policy. These terms apply to purchases made directly on taugempie.com.

9. Intellectual property. Our Intellectual Property Notice governs the use of TAUGEMPIE marks and site content.

10. Disclaimer. The site and our products are provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, TAUGEMPIE LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to an order or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

12. Governing law and disputes. Texas law governs these terms. If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@taugempie.com. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for 30 days after written notice before filing a claim. If the dispute is not resolved, it must be brought in the state courts of Bell County, Texas, or the federal court serving that county.

13. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on the site, with its effective date, applies to your use after posting.
