Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship within the United States, including APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Weekends and holidays are not counted. Items on restock or pre-order ship by the date on the product page.

Standard shipping. Standard shipping is free on every order. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for $15.00. Estimated delivery is 1 to 3 business days after shipment.

Military addresses. Delivery to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses takes longer and varies by location. Estimated delivery is 7 to 21 business days.

Tracking. You receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking number.

Bundles and multiple items. Items in one order may ship in separate packages. Each package carries its own tracking number, at no additional cost.

Address accuracy. Review your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will update it if the order has not shipped.

Delays, loss, and damage. Carrier delays can occur during weather events and peak seasons. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at support@taugempie.com, and we will resolve it.
